How do I register an account?

  1. Open the registration form.
  2. Select the E-mail or Phone tab.
    Make sure the provided details are valid — they will be used for login and account verification.
  3. Create and enter a password.
    It is recommended to use a strong password with numbers and letters.
  4. (Optional) Enter a promo code.
    If you have a bonus promo code — enter it in the corresponding field. If not — leave the field empty.
  5. Select your account currency.
    Click one of the available buttons:
    EUR, RUB, USD, KZT, BTC, AMD.
  6. Tick the agreement checkbox.
    Check the box next to the phrase:

What should I do if I did not receive the registration confirmation email?

  5. Confirm the code or follow the link from the email.
  6. When entering the code: enter it into the appropriate fields and click “Restore”.
  7. When restoring via email: open the email and follow the password reset link.

How do I make a deposit?

How do I withdraw funds from my balance?

To withdraw funds, go to the “Deposit” - “Receive Winnings” section. Then select the method that was used for your last deposit and enter the payment details from which the deposit was made. I have been waiting a long time for my payout.

If your withdrawal request has the status “Pending”, this means it is being reviewed by our specialists and will be processed within 24 hours during business hours from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, delays beyond our control may sometimes occur. In this case, the request status will be marked as “Processing”.
